name is Alfred Allman and I have been a mortgage loan officer and
licensed real estate agent in New Jersey for over 20 years. I am currently employed by one of the most active New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency "Approved Lenders". I specialize in working with First Time Home Buyers in New Jersey. |
After graduating from Westminster (PA) College in 1969, I was a
Naval Flight Officer, serving on active duty with the United States
Navy Reserve from 1970 until 1974. Following that, I attended The
Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and was a Chef in
various capacities until 1984.
Since 1993, I have resided in Woodstown, NJ, with my wife and two
children. I am active in my church and community and
a member of the Woodstown-Pilesgrove Business Association and the Salem County Chamber of Commerce.
I’ve personally helped more New Jersey First Time Home Buyers
purchase their first home than any other mortgage loan officer in
New Jersey and I am available to help you buy your first home, too.
