In addition to the New Jersey First Time Home Buyer program, I am
familiar with and glad to answer questions concerning almost any
type of residential and small commercial mortgage financing, to
include purchase and refinancing mortgages.
Some of these products include fixed rate, adjustable rate, interest
only, equity loans, second mortgages and "piggyback" second mortgages;
financing for primary residences of one to four living units, second
homes, investment properties, both owner and non-owner occupied

those of you with less than perfect credit, commonly referred to
as "Sub Prime" lending. Other programs include the FNMA's "My Community"
program, which can enable you to purchase with only $500 investment,
and the FHA 203 (K) and FNMA "Homestyle" programs, which enable
you to purchase or refinance properties in need of minimal to substantial
